Laura Hackett is the Sr Director-Learning and Development for MillerCoors. Laura leads the L&D function for the company as well as MillerCoors University which is based in Milwaukee, Wisconsin. The Learning and Development team is comprised of Learning Operations; experts in adult learning theory, instructional design and delivery and evaluation, Learning Leads; functional experts with distinguished careers in their particular field who come into Learning and Development to lead development and delivery of the functional learning plan. Prior to this role Laura was the Director of Commercial Learning and Development for MillerCoors where she successfully led the design and implementation of a new customer management and selling discipline. Prior to her career in learning Laura had a successful commercial career with Miller Brewing Company.
