Youngkuk Lim is the Manager of International Relations for the American Society for Training & Development (ASTD), the world’s largest association dedicated to workplace learning and performance professionals. In this capacity, he manages ASTD International Partners and supports ASTD members from Asia Pacific countries. Youngkuk holds an MBA from Thunderbird School of Global Management and a Bachelor’s degree in Economics from Peking University. Youngkuk speaks, English, Korean, and Mandarin.
