Yasmin Gutierrez has served in various learning and leadership development roles for over 15 years. She is currently responsible for leading the technology and evaluation/metrics strategies for the learning function at WM. In addition, Gutierrez oversees the centralized learning creative team responsible for developing high-end learning deliverables such as videos; infographics; and interactive, web-based solutions. She has a master’s degree in management with a concentration in strategic management and innovation from Harvard University – Extension School and is certified in Prosci’s change management. Gutierrez currently serves as a member of the ATD Forum Advisory Group.
