Ahmad Al-Assad has been developing and delivering leadership and management skills workshops in both English and Arabic since 2005. He delivers outstanding workshops in facilitation, TOT, leadership, motivation, personality types, presentation and public speaking, communication skills, emotional intelligence, and other related topics. Since 2008, Ahmad has been managing his own training and consulting company in Jordan and delivering training workshops with partners all over the region. Prior to that, Ahmad worked in the research and telecommunications sectors in both Jordan and Saudi Arabia. He was the regional research manager for Maktoob.com (Yahoo) and the online research consultant for Arab Advisors Group. Ahmad has worked on large and diversified training programs all across the Middle East for large corporations such as Saudi Riyadh Bank, First Gulf Bank, Dubai Islamic Bank, Arab Bank, DEWA, Emirates Foundation, Qatar Foundation, DP World, Etisalat, STC, Zain, Orange, Nuqul Group, Pepsi, Ipsos, British Council, Hikma Pharma, ALFAHIM Group, and others. Ahmad holds a master’s degree in creativity and giftedness and is currently pursuing a PhD in educational psychology, learning and development. Ahmad is a certified strength-based educator from Clifton Strengths School, a certified IMX consultant on personality assessments—UK, and an MTA learning facilitator—UK, a certified trainer for “hands-on activities, learning strategies that perform meaningful learning”—Jubilee School & Gannon University, and a certified trainer from The Institute of Leadership & Management (ILM)—Britain. Ahmad’s achievements include developing a comprehensive training program to prepare approximately 300 employees for the launch of Umniah's 3G technology. He also administered the DISC personality assessment to 1,000 Zain Jordan employees and delivered an awareness workshop to connect their natural talents to current jobs. Ahmad appeared on the most-watched TV show in the Arab region, Khawater, to explain the concept of talents. He also recruited around 500,000 people to take the free online personality assessment on the company’s website.
