Amy A. Titus

Dr. Amy Titus is a global learning and talent management thought leader, with particular interest in building the future government learning ecosystem. She is currently with Allaire Consulting and provides human capital advisory support to clients facing complex challenges. She formerly led Deloitte Consulting’s Learning and Leadership Solutions offering within the Government and Public Service practice. Dr. Titus holds a Masters in Instructional Systems from the University of Minnesota and a Doctorate in Adult Education from Teachers College, Columbia University.
