Amy Ginder is a seasoned educator with more than a decade of experience in learning and development. Her expertise includes creating innovative learning solutions to elevate professionals and drive organizational impact. She has extensive experience developing training programs and facilitating in-person and virtual sessions.
Amy has led the development of asynchronous and virtual online training programs, as well as hybrid and in-person training solutions for clients in a variety of industries, including manufacturing, aerospace, construction, mining, transportation, education, humanitarian, nonprofit, and the public sector. She has developed facilitation best practice guides, delivered train-the-trainer workshops, onboarded and coached facilitators, and measured and evaluated learning impact. She has delivered on topics ranging from goal setting and giving feedback to strategic thinking and peacebuilding.
Amy is a Certified Professional in Talent Development (CPTD®) currently working toward her ICF coaching accreditation. She is certified in Hogan Assessments and holds a change management certificate from Cornell University and a training and facilitation certificate from ATD.
Amy has a master of science in global affairs from New York University and serves on the board of Reno Little Theater, and the advisory board of the Northern Nevada International Center. She is passionate about the arts, global peacebuilding, and lifelong learning.
