Amy Vaughan, CPTD (formerly Shilliday) has more than 25 years of experience in L&D. With a down-to-earth facilitation style and self-effacing humor, Amy coaches on topics such as emotional intelligence, change management, and conflict resolution. She also helps newer L&D professionals hone their craft and deliver exceptional experiences for their learners, whether in person or in virtual classrooms.

Amy’s current research and work focuses on creating empathetic learning experiences for neurodivergent learners. Certified as a CPLP (now CPTD) since 2017, her goal is to foster neuro-equity in the learning environment as well as to support managers in their efforts to attract and retain neurodivergent talent.
