Angela Cheng-Cimini is senior vice president of talent and chief HR officer at Harvard Business Publishing. She has 30 years of HR experience across consumer product goods, professional services, and nonprofits. Cheng-Cimini has shepherded businesses through startup, growth, and maturity and led teams domestically and globally.

Cheng-Cimini received her bachelor’s degree in industrial and labor relations from Cornell University and sits on its Alumni Board. She serves as an HR venture adviser for SemperVirens, an early-stage venture fund that invests in technology transforming work, health, and financial wellness. Cheng-Cimini also volunteers for two organizations to promote diversity among Asian American and Pacific Islander professionals and increase diversity in the media industry.
