About
Anindita Sharma specializes in impact measurement, evidence-based program design, and implementation. She teaches, coaches, and consults with organizations on designing and implementing measurable projects, programs, and initiatives. She has more than 25 years of work experience in global organizations in the Asia Pacific and USA.
Anindita founded Aartha, an impact measurement and management consulting company in Singapore for global clients. It serves a growing need for evidence in management decision making.
She represents the ROI Institute USA as its regional director in the Asia Pacific. The ROI Methodology is the most used framework to value program investments in organizations globally. She is also an accredited trainer for the SDG Impact Standards, which puts sustainability at the center of business strategy and management decision making.
Anindita leads Columbia University’s Venture Capital Club’s Impact Program. Additionally, she serves on the Asia Pacific Evaluation Association’s committee on the Sustainable Development Goals. She also serves on the Steering Committee for Energy Evaluation Asia Pacific, which promotes evidence for energy policy and program investments.
