Currently, as an instructional designer at Indeed, Autumn leads all aspects of program creation, from concept to implementation. She is a champion of innovation and enjoys mentoring others to accelerate their growth within the L&D field. She and her team recently launched Introduction to Indeed, a blended learning experience to welcome new Indeedians through exposure to Indeed’s business strategy, structure, and history culminating in an engaging themed escape room challenge.
