Ben Tagoe

Ben Tagoe is the CEO of Objective Management Group (OMG), the industry leader in sales talent assessments. Under his leadership, OMG helps CROs and sales leaders avoid costly hiring mistakes by applying science to the art of sales selection and development. In 2022, Ben led the acquisition of OMG from its founder, sales industry pioneer Dave Kurlan, with support from private equity investors. Before acquiring OMG, Ben held senior roles across fintech and financial services. He led strategy and partnerships for the largest provider of free credit scores in the U.S., shaped fintech strategy as a corporate executive at JPMorgan Chase, and served as a senior product manager at OnDeck Capital. He began his career on the government bond desk at Goldman Sachs. Ben serves on the board of Let’s Get Ready, a nonprofit supporting college access for underrepresented students. He earned his MBA with High Distinction (Baker Scholar) from Harvard Business School and holds a bachelor’s degree from Princeton University.
