About

Beth Yoder specializes in helping local talent succeed in the global arena. Through experiential learning focused on application and outcomes, she designs and facilitates multicultural team training, leadership development, diversity and inclusion, and applying an intercultural perspective to talent development. She also trains the next generation of learning professionals as a Master Trainer for ATD.

Beth has lived and worked throughout Europe, the Middle East, North America and occasionally Africa. She has a Master’s degree in Intercultural Relations from University of the Pacific, one of the premier institutions in the field. As a lifelong learner, she is an active member of ATD and SIETAR, and a returning fellow at the Intercultural Communication Institute. She brings the mind of a researcher, the heart of a teacher, and the enthusiasm of a pioneer to her work.
