In his current role, Bhushan leads a team responsible for defining the purpose, design, and execution of capability-building initiatives. He oversees the implementation of technology tools supporting learning, managerial, leadership, and organisational development objectives. He has also co-developed executive education programmes in partnership with institutions such as INSEAD, Singapore.

As a certified professional certified coach (PCC – ICF), Bhushan is dedicated to executive coaching, creating a supportive environment for senior executives to address present and future challenges while facilitating positive transformation. To date, he has coached more than 200 senior leaders and entrepreneurs, accumulating more than 1,250 coaching hours.
