Bill Scerra is the learning officer, worldwide best practices, for Everbridge. He joined Everbridge in 2012, and in two years helped create and oversee the growth of its learning management system, Everbridge University, to more than 20,000 users enrolled and 330,000 lessons viewed. Bill has more than 30 years of educational experience in corporate training, particularly for startups and medium-sized companies with limited training budgets and personnel resources. He has an MEd from Boston College, and is working on a PhD in educational technology at Walden University.
