That question has guided me for more than 20 years in the pharmaceutical and beauty industries—from supporting iconic brands like Bumble and bumble in New York City, deemed the “Harvard of Hair” by Harvard Business Review, to leading cultural transformation and employee engagement at a global biopharmaceutical company—driving connection, belonging, and high-performing team strategies across the organization.

I’m a learning strategist, master facilitator, and culture builder who helps leaders and teams unlock potential through immersive experiences that blend science, soul, and strategy. My work lives at the intersection of belonging, bold ideas, and high-performing team dynamics.

With a background in commercial sales, talent development, and employee engagement, I design and deliver learning that moves people—and business—forward. I’ve led global programs and cross-functional teams that elevate leadership, strengthen resilience, and activate the kind of trust that fuels innovation.

I’m a Certified ATD Master Trainer, licensed facilitator with Insights Discovery, hold a Change Management certification from Cornell, and earned a bachelor of science degree from Miami University. Whether I’m guiding a team through change, facilitating a leadership off-site, or building a culture of connection, I bring energy, empathy, and evidence-based learning to every room I enter.
