Brittainy Charette is both designer and strategic leader of WEX Inc.’s leadership development portfolio, which serves a range of experiences, from emerging leaders to senior vice presidents. In addition, Brittainy’s role includes organization development initiatives, where she partners with various teams across the business and HR to build an environment where leaders and their teams are enabled and engaged to do their best work. Brittainy holds a Doctor of Psychology, organizational leadership (PsyD) from William James College, and a master’s degree (MS) in industrial-organizational psychology.
