Brooke Jeffus, originally from West Des Moines, Iowa, began her career with Nationwide Insurance in 2009. She has spent her time at Nationwide as an agent, in multiple positions in the learning and performance department, and has recently taken a people-leader role as a direct retention supervisor. She is involved in her local ATD chapter (Central Iowa) and holds the VP of Electronic Media position on its Board of Directors.
