Bruce Griffiths is president/senior consultant at Organization Systems International. He has 40 years of experience in leadership and consulting. Forming OSI in 1980, Griffiths has consulted to more than 250 organizations, including Disney, Nike, and Siemens. He is on the faculty of UC San Diego’s College of Extended Studies and is the co-author of Competencies at Work: Providing a Common Language for Talent Management.
