Canakkale Edwards is a learning and talent consultant with Health Care Service Corporation and the program lead for one of the organization's core leadership development programs targeting supervisors and managers. She has more than 20 years of experience in learning and development, performance improvement, training operations management, and instructional design. Prior to starting her career with Health Care Services Corporation in 2012, Canakkale worked in the transportation, hospitality, and telecommunications industries focusing on employee development. In her spare time she enjoys traveling with her three boys, visiting new restaurants, and a good bowling match!
