Dr. Cathy Stawarski, President of CStarsky Lifelong Learning LLC, has over 25 years of instructional design and program evaluation experience. She has expertise in formative and summative training evaluation and has worked with clients to develop detailed strategies to evaluate training and development programs. She is a certified practitioner in the Phillips ROI Methodology and Kirkpatrick Bronze Certified. Dr. Stawarski has made numerous conference presentations focused on training evaluation. She is co-author of Evaluating mLearning (2010) and Data Collection: Planning and Collecting All Types of Data (2008). Dr. Stawarski also delivers virtual online learning, and designs and develops personal enrichment writing programs.
