Charlene Marmer Solomon is president and co-founder of RW³ CultureWizard, an online intercultural training organization that provides cultural business skills tools using digital, instructor-led, and blended learning for global organizations. She has been working in the global intercultural field for more than 20 years, and was co-founder of ExpatSpouse.com. Charlene is an award-winning author of eight books, including Managing Across Cultures: The Seven Keys to Doing Business With a Global Mindset (co-authored with Michael Schell), and hundreds of magazine articles focusing on human resources, diversity issues, and global business. Currently involved with leadership across cultures, new e-learning technologies, and ways to communicate virtually, Charlene has been a lecturer at UCLA and has years of experience as an instructional designer for instructor-led and online learning programs. In addition to her work at UCLA, she is a frequent speaker on talent and diversity issues.
