Christine Adleman is the director of organizational development and learning (OD&L) at Johnsonville Sausage and has more than 18 years of experience in the talent management space. Christine currently leads the OD&L team with the key objective of “using the business to build the people.” Christine’s role involves needs assessment, design, and facilitation of training content in areas such as leadership development, team building, communication, career development, and cultural adaptation. She leads initiatives in the areas of readiness planning, member engagement, and leadership and coaching. Christine is a member of SHRM and ATD and received her SPHR Certification in 2009. She has since received numerous certifications including AchieveGlobal, VitalSmarts, Predictive Index, Global Career Development Facilitation, and Strong Interest Inventory. Christine received a bachelor’s degree in human resource management and an MBA from the University of Wisconsin-Oshkosh.
