Christine Tellez’s first job after college was teaching a study-skills and speed-reading course to students at numerous colleges along the East Coast. That experience solidified her decision to pursue a career in talent development. After a brief pit stop in HR while she obtained her master’s degree, Tellez went on to acquire more than 20 years of experience within the training and development field, many of those years in healthcare. In 2010, Tellez briefly went back to the collegiate level to teach a public speaking course at a local university. In 2016, she became a Certified Professional in Talent Development (CPTD), a pinnacle achievement offered through ATD.
