Christopher Henry is the Corporate VP of Talent & Organizational Development with MGM Resorts International, a 61,000 employee global company,  In this role he is responsible for leading the alignment of MGM Resorts' people philosophy with its business strategy. This critical work is being accomplished through his active leadership of three teams: Talent Acquisition, Organizational Development, and the MGM University. Christopher is also charged with the strategic role of defining and developing organizational measures to gauge the success of human capital development initiatives and employee engagement. Christopher joined MGM Resorts after six years with Kaiser Permanente HealthPlan and Hospitals where he was the Northwest Region’s Director of Learning and Organizational Development. Christopher has a Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology and Spanish from Knox College, a Master of Arts degree from Golden Gate University, and is completing a Doctorate degree in Organizational Leadership.
