About
Clare is responsible for Leadership and Professional Development at Accenture. She owns a portfolio of classroom, virtual and computer‐based courses, but is increasingly looking to social learning and on‐the‐job learning options to address the business challenges facing managers. Clare has spent the past 17 years helping people to learn how to learn. She takes particular pleasure in using coaching, action learning and facilitation to enable leaders to find and pursue their passion. Clare has worked with leaders at all levels in a variety of company and global cultures, including National Westminster Bank, Accenture's outsourced units from companies such as British Petroleum, Seeboard, the London Stock Exchange, Exel Logistics, JP Morgan, and delivery centres in India, Manila, Brazil, China, Europe, and the United States. She also has experience in the not‐for‐profit sector. Clare is a Professional Certified Coach with the International Coaching Federation. Clare has written and had published articles on action learning, and a book called Being a Sunbeam, and has spoken at the International Action Learning Conference in 2008,and the Masie Learning conference in 2010.
