Dan has over 25 year of experience in organizational learning and talent management, from strategy formulation to design and innovation. His current focus is leading the transformation of the Strategy and Consulting businesses, ensuring Accenture’s people are developing distinctive skills and realizing their full potential. Dan has a Master’s degree in Instructional Systems Design from Florida State University.
