His responsibilities included advising on communications for Total Rewards, Employee Relations, Talent Development, and Performance Management. He also played a key role in public relations strategies to enhance the firm's employment brand and perception in the talent marketplace.

Dan has 12 years of progressive experience in employee communications, learning and development, recruiting, and organizational development. He has led and influenced HR change initiatives within organizations related to training, employee experience, total rewards, and HR operations.
