Dana Sims

With more than a decade of experience in the federal workforce, Dr. Dana E. Sims is driven by her passion for leadership development, learning analytics, and learning strategy to continually improve talent development, empower learning professionals, and unleash the strategic impact of talent development in the public sector. Dr. Sims received her Doctorate in I/O Psychology from the University of Central Florida and earned the SHRM-Senior Certified Professional designation in 2021.
