Danielle Harlan is the founder and CEO of the Center for Advancing Leadership and Human Potential, a global leadership and organization development firm that helps organizations be great – and also good. Danielle has coached leaders all over the world, including in Brazil, China, Costa Rica, the EU, and South Africa. She is a member of the International Leadership Association and the Association for Practical and Professional Ethics and began her career as a teacher in East San José.
