Darcy Martoccia is a vastly experienced L&D and performance improvement professional who has worked in both the public and private sectors. As a lifelong learning leader, she has devised and implemented a wide range of solutions designed to enhance performance, effect change, and ultimately help organizations achieve their goals. They include sales initiatives resulting in multimillion-dollar revenue growth, highly technical aviation initiatives resulting in improved safety and regulation compliance, and leadership development initiatives resulting in improved employee retention and engagement. Martoccia is passionate about driving innovative, engaging, and learner-centric solutions that deliver measurable and sustainable performance enhancements for both the individual and the organization. She is currently WM’s director of learning engagement, where she oversees the learning analysis, design, and performance enablement teams.
