Dorothy M. Van Steinburg is a skilled consultant with more than 30 years experience attained by managing a variety of Federal human resource  programs, addressing strategic planning, organizational development, human capital management, training, and workforce career and leadership development. She designs and develops creative and innovative solutions for human resources management issues, needs/competency assessments, curriculum design, and has lead the design/development of many major agency mid-level management and senior executive career development programs.  Ms. Van Steinburg graduated from Hood College  with a Bachelor of Arts in Business Management and Studio Arts.  She is the CEO/President of Van Steinburg Enterprises and is a certified Project Manager and Certified Professional in Learning and Performance (CPLP).
