Dr. Munneke has over 20 years’ research and practice experience in the talent management, learning, talent assessment and analytics space.  Early in his career, his research focused on the development and evaluation of some of the first-ever applications of multimedia-based blended learning and learning evaluation in the healthcare field. He went on to spend several years as the Chief Product Strategist and Director of Consulting for a division of Novations Group, a large talent development and management consulting firm. His work there involved the design, development and implementation of various custom talent, learning, measurement, and analytics strategies and solutions for some of the world’s largest companies including General Motors, PepsiCo, UPS, Ford Motor Company and Fidelity Insurance. In the public sector, he worked with a team to design, develop and deliver an organization-wide Vision and Values program to 55,000 employees. He managed the administration of the annual engagement survey as well as delivery of a 360 leadership assessment to 7,000 people leaders. His team developed custom reporting and analytics to provide to agency executives with clearer insights about current and future culture and leadership capabilities. Just prior to joining Knowledge Advisors, Dwayne held a director-level Talent Management and Organization Effectiveness role at Nationwide Insurance.  At Nationwide, he led teams to implement a variety of foundational Talent Management systems, processes and operations including: • Nationwide’s first corporate-wide learning management system • Strategy, administration and governance for all enterprise talent assessment and competencies • Implementation of Nationwide’s enterprise executive, leader and individual contributor competencies • Design and development of the Nationwide Success Profile process for talent identification • Big-data analytics connecting business outcomes to selection assessments and leadership capabilities Dwayne is a Senior Consultant with KnowledgeAdvisors, a global leader in human capital analytics. He is qualified and experienced working with a broad range of subject areas across the talent management space including assessment (selection, development, high-potentials, succession), talent strategy, talent development, performance management, learning strategy and evaluation, and talent analytics/reporting.
