Eivind is a member of the Senior Management Team of the Hilti Group, responsible for the development of the corporate culture, and the global leadership and learning agenda.

He is passionate about how to create an environment where people can expand their horizon and grow as individuals and professionals to have bigger impact. With high focus and use of innovation, he seeks to shape the future of learning. Eivind is an accredited coach and enjoys coaching leaders and leadership teams around the world.

Eivind chairs the Executive Education Advisory Council at IMD Business School in Switzerland. He is also a founding member of ATD's CTDO Next, a group of talent thought leaders that shape what’s next in talent development.

Eivind holds a Master of Business Administration from the University of St. Gallen, Switzerland.
