Dr. Moussallem is a senior executive in human capital and organizational development with over twenty years of experience leading enterprise-wide human resources, organizational transformation, and talent development initiatives across public and private sector organizations. His professional experience spans multiple industries and geographies, including Lebanon, the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, the United Arab Emirates, and the State of Qatar.
His areas of expertise include strategic management, human capital strategy, workforce planning, talent acquisition, talent development, performance management, leadership and succession governance, and organizational effectiveness, supported by extensive proficiency in people analytics, data-driven decision-making, and AI-enabled Human Resources solutions.
In addition to his executive and advisory responsibilities, Dr. Moussallem is an accomplished and well-renowned trainer and keynote speaker at regional and international conferences across the GCC. He collaborates with leading training and certification bodies, as well as academic institutions, and for more than fifteen years has directed large-scale capacity-building initiatives in leadership development, professional certification programs, and executive and behavioral competencies across the Middle East. His extensive regional experience equips him to navigate complex cultural and organizational environments, enabling effective engagement with senior decision-makers and key stakeholders.
Dr. Moussallem holds a Doctorate in Business Administration, a Master’s degree in International Affairs and Diplomacy, and a Bachelor’s degree in International Business Management. His professional credentials include SHRM Senior Certified Professional (SHRM-SCP), Global Professional in Human Resources (GPHR), Senior Professional in Human Resources – International (SPHRi), Professional in Human Resources (PHR), People Manager Qualification (PMQ), Certified Professional in Talent Development (CPTD), Project Management Professional (PMP), MBTI Accreditation, Certified KPI Professional, FinTech Industry Professional (FTIP), and Environmental, Social & Governance (ESG) Specialization.
