Elizabeth Kohler, BS, MEd, is a senior learning and collaboration architect at Cleveland Clinic, a global healthcare organization where she has helped significantly advance the organization’s social learning and collaboration capabilities. Kohler’s passion for frontline caregiver development has led her to create and facilitate learning and growth programs and experiences that keep all employees engaged in their development. Kohler is also a certified Zumba instructor who uses her love of facilitation and dance to help others invest in themselves. Whether she is leading a skill-building session or a Zumba class, Kohler is dedicated to creating safe, inclusive spaces where people can come together to learn and grow.
