Eric Ellis is a people strategist with significant experience in the areas of organizational change, training and development, talent acquisition, and employment practice development. He is passionate about helping people grow their innate capacity and believes that developing human talent is often about addressing basic behavioral needs. He got his start teaching summer camp and as a result has an instructional style that is creative, somewhat informal, and a lot of fun! Eric has worked with noted software companies such as MathWorks, HubSpot, JumpTap, Tea Leaf Technologies, and WorldCare. He was also responsible for learning and development at Berklee College of Music in Boston as well as a variety of other HR functions in both large and small organizations.  Eric has a bachelor's degree in music, an MBA in design thinking from California College of the Arts, and is pursuing his MSOD at the Graziadio School of Business at Pepperdine University. He is also certified in Meyers Briggs and is a Level 1 and 2 certified Emotional Intelligence facilitator.
