Erin Pritchard is a senior trainer and instructional designer for Johns Hopkins University and Johns Hopkins Medicine. She’s a highly energetic professional with training, instructional design, coaching, meeting facilitation, and leadership development experience.

Pritchard has a master’s degree in organization development and almost 20 years of teaching, training, staff development, instruction, assessment, and evaluation experience. She uses instructional design techniques (including ADDIE) to analyze learning environments, design learning outcomes, develop lesson plans, and create learning games and other learning material (tip sheets, quick start guides, and curricula) to evaluate learning.
