Eve Drinis is the Director, OD&L Technology Deployment for Honeywell. She supports the identification of business requirements, then assesses, identifies, plans, deploys, and ensures application support for enterprise wide solutions in the areas of Talent and Performance Management, Organization Development and Learning across Honeywell. Working with partners across HR and the businesses, she builds a strong operating model for flawless rollout of the processes and systems that enable the OD&L strategy.
