Evelyne E. Elias, MS, is Director of Learning and Performance for Amgen’s manufacturing facility in Puerto Rico. She has worked at recognized bio-pharmaceutical industries for nearly 20 years, leading and developing their Training organizations. She is an avid learner and eclectic practitioner of tools and methods that helped her craft human performance improvement solutions to meets business goals. In 2012, she was a co-recipient of an ISPI Award of Excellence for the work on risk-based OJT.
