About
Evert Pruis worked as change manager and learning and development professional in the process and oil industry, IT, finance, professional services, and government. After leaving Shell-Royal Dutch Oil, he co-founded the Forzes network of organizational change professionals. As a leadership, integrated talent management, and team coaching specialist, he's driven to ignite organizational transformation in leaders', talents', and teams' hearts, minds, and capabilities.
Evert was the chief architect of the ProRail IT Young Talent Program, which started its first season in 2020. Five years and seasons later, the rolling retention rate is over 90 percent.
