Gordon Fuller, is the manager of IBM's Center for Advanced Learning (CAL), a global virtual team responsible for leading learning design and development innovation, collaborating with Business Units and Learning Portfolios to create strategic learning programs and maintaining IBM's standards of excellence in learning design. From a starting position of seven US based resources in 2004, CAL has now grown to a team of 85 designers, developers, technologists and consultants based in the US, Canada, UK, Eastern Europe, Australia, India, and China. In the 1970's, Gordon worked in the UK Defense Industry, before leading Sales Forces in the UK Financial Services Industry specializing in European Insurance and Private banking. He focused on leadership development, sales force efficiency and contract design. He joined Price Waterhouse in 1995 and led the PW Sales Force Efficiency team as well as managing projects in the Mergers and Acquisition space in Banking and Insurance. From 1997 to 2002 he led the PWcC learning Process Improvement Group until IBM's acquisition of PWcC. He is co-inventor of IBM's On Demand Learning Model and joint holder of the patent.
