Gretchen received her Ph.D. in management in 2008 from the University of Nebraska. Gretchen has conducted several research studies on transparency and leadership development with organizations such as West Point and the National Institute of Corrections. This research has linked transparency to positive results, including greater engagement, trust, and performance. Gretchen also holds a Bachelors of Science in management and an MBA in Leadership and Change Management. Prior to the pursuit of her doctorate, Gretchen worked in wealth management for The Northern Trust Company, and as a headhunter for DHR International.
