Gwen Navarrete Klapperich, MEd, CPTD, CPACC is the learning consultant/owner of Klapperich International Training Associates (KITA) LLC, a talent development firm that specializes in helping organizations optimize stakeholder interactions to maximize people safety, increase customer loyalty, and retain talent. She has more than 20 years of experience in training & development, customer service supervision, and quality assurance initiatives, and has worked across industries such as retail, call centers, healthcare, government, hospitality, nonprofits, and continuing education. Gwen earned her Certified Professional in Talent Development (CPTD), formerly Certified Professional in Learning and Performance, from the Association of Talent Development, and her Certified Professional in Accessibility Core Competencies (CPACC) from the International Association of Accessibility Professionals. She holds a master’s degree in education, specializing in training & performance improvement from Capella University, and a bachelor’s degree in hotel administration from Cornell University.
