Harsh is a learning strategist and architect at Accenture. As a learning professional, he has served organizations within the education and financial services industries for the past 12 years. One of his contribution areas was cited for ‘excellence in practice’ by ASTD in 2012. As a learning strategist he creates guides that learning leaders within Accenture use to shape and document their learning strategies and needs assessment. He also advises learning leaders in Accenture as they work through their strategies. He has project management and leadership responsibilities to anchor the shaping and execution of Accenture’s next-gen Learning Measurement Strategy. As a learning architect, Harsh contributes his know-how and inventiveness to support curriculum design work that enables capability development of Accenture’s technology workforce. Harsh is a certified professional in Workplace Learning and Performance (CPLP) from ASTD and has earned an ISPI certificate in Performance Improvement Management. Given the demands of his global role that involves working with stakeholders across time zones, Harsh works out of his home office in Mumbai, India. He is married to Sonia and is blessed with a baby boy, Ayaan, with whom he has formed his favorite sporting team!
