Henry Meyerding is a curriculum developer with more than 20 years of instructional design experience in the healthcare and telecommunications industries. Much of Henry’s core design experience involves technical training of experienced professionals on new systems and equipment. He has created highly complex job aids used to emulate healthcare equipment so that remote service associates can efficiently resolve customer issues. Adept at working with cross-functional teams, Henry acts as liaison between service, R&D, marketing, technical publications, and senior executive management to promote effective sharing of information and efficient operations. Henry enjoys spending time with his family and his leisure pursuits include hiking, bicycling, photography and reading.
