About
With more than 30 years of training and consulting, Hisashi Maru has a comprehensive knowledge of adult learning instructional design. He joined Fuji Xerox Learning Institute (now PERSOL Research & Consulting Inc.) in 1992 as a new graduate. After progressing through roles as a sales representative, sales section manager, and branch manager of the West Japan Branch Office, Hisashi shifted focus to sales organization development consulting.
As an integral part of a team dedicated to driving sales results, Hisashi provides hands-on guidance and support, fully immersing himself in his clients’ sales organizations. He focuses on long-term engagement through six-to-12 months of practical support. Through interviews and joint sales activities, Hisashi’s approach is to assess the current situation, plan and execute a sales force transformation, and provide review and feedback for continuous improvement.
Hisashi is a certified trainer in various sales and leadership development programs, including Korn Ferry’s Professional Selling Skills; Miller Heiman’s Strategic Selling, Conceptual Selling, and Large Account Management Process; Achieve Global’s Adult Learning Techniques and Professional Selling Skills; and Hogan Assessments. Additionally, he is certified as an instructor of the Matsudaira Institute’s Personality Inventory and Learning International’s Professional Selling Skills.
