Holly Mortlock is the Director of Global Learning and Development for Manufacturing and Quality at Eli Lilly & Company. Her responsibilities include Strategic Planning & Implementation for the Learning and Development Center of Excellence team who create learning solutions to build organizational and employee capability. She provides oversight for global compliance and technical training and has accountability for global systems, processes and tools which support Learning and Development within the Manufacturing and Quality organization.
