Dr. Hyung Joon Yoon is an associate professor and professor-in-charge of Workforce Education and Development at Penn State, and he oversees the Master of Professional Studies in Organization Development and Change. He also serves as Vice President of Talent and Organization Development at Taejeon Group in South Korea. As a researcher-practitioner with experience across the United States, South Korea, Morocco, and Taiwan, his work focuses on enabling organization development through career development, strengthening human agency, and facilitating participatory strategic change. Dr. Yoon has delivered more than 200 presentations across eight countries on hope-action theory and human agency–based transformation. He received the 2006 Franklin Covey Individual Greatness Award for measurable organizational change.
