He is currently the Senior Manager of Training within Branch Operations at AAA Northeast. Jacob is dedicated to continuous learning and holds an MBA from Endicott College, Bachelor of Science degree from the University of Rhode Island, as well as numerous professional certifications including Certified Professional in Talent Development (CPTD) and Society of Human Resource Management – Senior Certified Professional (SHRM-SCP).
