Jane McNair is CEO and principal consultant of McNair Group.

Jane spent 17 years as the VP of organizational effectiveness and learning for Honeywell and has consulted to a global client base including American Airlines, Chase Bank, Freeport McMoRan, Henkel, Verizon, and UPS. She has a BS in Communications from Arizona State University, a MSOD from the Pepperdine Graziadio School of Business, served as adjunct faculty at the ASU Center for Executive Development, and is the author of MOSAIC: Simplifying the Art of Organizational Effectiveness and Change.
